Brinner: Breakfast for Dinner

Breakfast for me is usually a protein shake as I’m running out the door for the bus to Midtown NYC. So there are times at night when I want a healthy version of a big English fry up! Minus the fry part!

This was my healthy take on the McDonald’s burrito with an 80/20 egg white to yoke ratio and whole wheat low sodium wraps! The homemade salsa is salt free and made with onions, tomatoes, basil, black pepper, and garlic. Nom nom nom!
