He didn’t fight the police. He didn’t resist arrest. He wasn’t even moving in the video. But the police officer, who seemed agitated by the sheer ability to put on handcuffs, starts shooting a homeless man who’s lying face down, while five cops sit on top of him. Enough is enough. We need federal laws to override the unions that protect these criminals. And by criminals, I mean the ones wearing the badges.
