Healthy English Breakfast

Nothing is more yummy than an English fry up! Baked beans, eggs, sausages, black pudding, roasted tomatoes, ham, fried potatoes, white bread- get in my belly! But, see, I’m vegetarian and I don’t eat fried or processed foods, so I made a healthy alternative.

The good-for-you stuff:

Homemade red bean chili with roasted tomatoes, 2 fluffy eggs, and a dollop or organic sour cream. (Next time I promise to include more veggies!)
